Chef JC's roots trace back to the vibrant Caribbean Island of Barbados, where her family hails from. The rich culinary traditions of Barbados, featuring flavorful dishes like Flying Fish, CouCou, Curry Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken, and Oxtail, have left an indelible mark on her culinary repertoire.
Having lived in Louisiana, Chef JC developed a profound appreciation for the bold and spicy flavors of Creole cuisine. Drawing inspiration from both her Barbadian heritage and Louisiana experiences, Chef JC seamlessly fuses Bajan and Creole flavors to craft a menu that is as diverse as it is delectable.
